If you need a qualified supervisor to obtain your LCSW (after obtaining your MSW), look no further. Supervision is an opportunity for professional development beyond your MSW. The goal is to equip the applicant to go out on their own after the hours are completed- with a bit of hand holding until they have obtained the amount of hours needed. You are given real time feedback on how you are doing, and a safe non-judgmental space to learn and grow.
